What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is charged as follows:
Up to 1kg - £4.80
Up to 30kg - £7.80
Over 30kg will be charged at another £7.80
For any bulk orders that would need a pallet for shipping, please contact us so we can get a price for you as this will vary depending on the final destination address. Telephone 01491 834911.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use PayPay as payment in our Online shop. Our website will take you to PayPal to complete the payment process.
PayPal to will process Credit and Debit cards as well as payments from PayPal account holders.
How long will delivery take?
Our courier delivery service operates on a next working day from dispatch basis. We send goods out Monday to Wednesday so the last customer delivery day is on a Thursday (excludes bank holidays and weekends). We don't like to ship for delivery on a Friday just in case no one is in to receive the parcel or for some reason the courier does not make the drop and the goods sit in the Courier's Depot all weekend. We will ship for Fri delivery if the customer requests it but at their own risk.
We take no responsibility once the goods have been sent from our premises under these circumstances.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering, you should receive an order acknowledgement. Once we have received your order, we check stocks for your ordered product(s) and if in stock it will be dispatched next day in accordance with our shipping policy. If for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified by phone or email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be generated automatically and sent via email as soon as the order is completed.
